1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) and Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website www.netdes.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

The Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help the Site analyze how users interact with the Site. NDi does not warrant that:

9. Changes to These Terms

NDi reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes to these Terms will signify your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Virginia.
