Power Up Program
Contributing in a Real Way
Our first cohort, consisting of a small team of talented interns, made significant contributions by developing proof-of-concept AI solutions for our Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, and IT departments. They worked on several pioneering projects, including AI chatbots for our HR department, which aimed to streamline HR operations, improve employee engagement, and provide instant first-level support to employees. Additionally, the team worked with industry-leading generative AI large language models (LLMs) to enable content generation at scale.
Building Skills
The Power Up Program is designed to be more than just an internship; it is an immersive learning experience. Interns are encouraged to take ownership of their projects, work collaboratively with their peers, and present their findings and progress to senior management. This exposure helps interns build confidence, improve their communication skills, and understand the broader business implications of their technical work.
