V-Top Award Emphasizes NDi’s Commitment to Meaningful Internships and Professional Development

McLean, VA (May 1, 2025) — Network Designs, Inc. This annual recognition celebrates employers across the Commonwealth that demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality internships that prepare students for success in the workforce. NDi was among 215 organizations recognized statewide and joins a distinguished group of companies offering exceptional hands-on learning experiences, professional development, and mentorship to
students.

“Our Power Up internship program is designed to immerse students in meaningful Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning projects, provide mentorship from experienced professionals, and prepare them for careers in cybersecurity, IT services, data science, and program management,” said Solutions Architect Matt Hopkins who leads the program each year. “We’re honored to be recognized for our efforts to grow the next generation of technical talent right here in Virginia.”

According to V-TOP, awardees stood out for providing interns with real-world experiences, access to senior leadership, professional certifications, and in many cases, opportunities for full-time employment. NDi’s program, which includes paid internships and exposure to mission-critical federal projects, reflects the company’s long-standing dedication to workforce development.

The award is part of Virginia’s larger effort to connect students with work-based learning opportunities that align with in-demand skills and emerging industries. NDi will be recognized at the statewide Virginia Intern Day celebration on July 31 in Richmond.
