Task Order Supports FBI’s Transition to Modern, Secure Voice and Collaboration Capabilities Across Its National Communications Infrastructure

McLean, VA (August 26, 2025) — Network Designs, Inc. (NDi), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in resilient network and technology solutions, announced today that it has been awarded the Voice Operations, Infrastructure, and Communication Engineering (VOICE) Task Order by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) under the Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation (ITSSS-2) Blanket Purchase Agreement.

The VOICE Task Order supports the FBI’s Communication Services Unit (CSU) within the Information Technology Infrastructure Division (ITID) and includes full lifecycle support for voice systems, spanning legacy platforms, enterprise voice-over-IP (EVoIP), and Microsoft Teams telephony. The task order encompasses engineering and architecture, deployment and logistics, information security, configuration and quality assurance, operations and maintenance (O&M), and technical writing—all in support of the FBI’s enterprise-wide Unified Communications and secure collaboration capabilities.
