Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) Named Awardee on Department of Justice’s ITSS-5 $4.5 Billion Contract Vehicle

NDi is one of nine SDVOSB’s awarded mission-critical IT contract for DOJ

Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) announced today it was awarded the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) ITSS-5 contract. ITSS-5 is a competitive multiple award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to provide specific IT services to Department of Justice (DOJ) components at the task order level. The contracts provide favorable procurement and task administration conditions to DOJ bureaus and OBDs for tasks that would otherwise be procured through a lengthier open competition process or through external contracting vehicles.

The ITSS-5 Program has a $4.5 Billion ceiling with a five-year base period and one five-year option period. The ITSS-5 Program includes two distinct award tracks: the service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) track, and an unrestricted track to include contractors of any business size standard.

“We’re thrilled to be part of this important contract vehicle for the DOJ,” said Carmen Marco, NDi’s DOJ Program Manager and Senior Vice President of Digital Experience. “This continues NDi’s growth and momentum as we support the Justice Department’s mission to ensure public safety against threats both foreign and domestic.”

Task orders/types include Fixed Price, Labor Hour and Time and Materials. The IDIQ does not allow protests on Task Orders under $10 Million. More information about the DOJ’s ITSS-5 contract is located at https://www.justice.gov/business/itss-5.
