Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) Awarded Spot on U.S. Army’s AI Talent 2.0 BOA

New Contract Vehicle Award Enables NDi to Rapidly Deliver Critical AI Advisory and Technical Support to Advance the DoD’s AI-Ready Workforce

McLean, VA (April 15, 2025) — Network Designs, Inc. (NDi), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and efficient automation for government clients, announced today its selection as an awardee on the U.S. Army’s Artificial Intelligence Talent 2.0 Basic Ordering Agreement (AI Talent 2.0 BOA). This strategic contract vehicle enables NDi to provide critical AI-related program and technical management support services to the Department of Defense (DoD) and its associated agencies.

The AI Talent 2.0 BOA is designed to rapidly onboard contractor talent to support the DoD’s AI initiatives, facilitating the acquisition of services such as project management, logistics, administration, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, cyber analytics, and Agile development. With a cumulative task order value of up to $249 million and an ordering period through May 5, 2028, this agreement underscores the DoD’s commitment to advancing its AI capabilities by partnering with qualified vendors.

“NDi is honored to be selected for the AI Talent 2.0 BOA,” said Anthony Zeruto, President and CEO of NDi and a retired U.S. Army Colonel. “This award reflects our dedication to delivering innovative AI solutions and supporting the DoD’s mission to enhance national security through advanced technology.”

Embracing its role as a leader in the AI space, NDi recently released “The Federal AI Imperative: Governance, Risk, and Compliance” the first in its series, Federal AI Unlocked, exploring the evolving AI governance landscape, key frameworks, and strategies for AI adoption in the federal space.

NDi’s inclusion in the AI Talent 2.0 BOA continues its momentum in securing prime positions on significant contract vehicles. Notably, NDi was previously named an awardee on the FBI’s $8 billion Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation (ITSSS-2) Blanket Purchase Agreement, the FAA’s $2.4 billion Information Technology Innovative Program for Strategic Sourcing (ITIPSS) contract, and the VA’s $60 billion Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation 2 (T4NG2) contract vehicle.
