Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) Opens Cyber Operations Office in the Georgia Cyber Center
Expansion places NDi in the nation’s preeminent cybersecurity facility.
The Augusta-based Georgia Cyber Center, located within the Nathan Deal Campus for Innovation, is the result of a unique public/private partnership among academia, state and federal government, law enforcement, the U.S. Army, and the private sector. It supports innovative organizations focused on developing new technologies to strengthen cyber defenses, while also training the next generation of cyber professionals through education and real-world experience.
“We are thrilled to open the NDi Cyber Operations Office in the Georgia Cyber Center, a facility like none other in the world,” said NDi President and CEO Anthony Zeruto. “With our new location in Augusta’s cyber corridor, NDi benefits from the proximity to U.S. Army Cyber Command and the Cyber School of Excellence at Fort Gordon, along with dozens of innovative cyber organizations. Neighboring Augusta University, Augusta Technical College, and the University System of Georgia’s research institutions provide a tremendous pipeline of qualified cybersecurity professionals from which we will grow our NDi team.”
The Georgia Cyber Center offers NDi access to specialized facility features including secure meeting areas and a cutting-edge cyber range – space within which NDi will continue its work developing resilient network solutions for its clients.
NDi continues to expand its service offerings in Cybersecurity Operations and Resiliency following the arrival of Zeruto in January 2019. Most recently, NDi unveiled the Axiom Intelligence PlatformTM (AxiomIP), a turnkey platform for aggregation of commercially available information that delivers full-spectrum information and insights in real time to support global, multifaceted missions. In addition, NDi was named the premier reseller of the Unisys Stealth software suite, which protects any TCP/IP-based asset from external or internal cyber threats via identity-driven, software-defined cryptographic zones, based on the Zero Trust security model.
NDi’s team of cybersecurity experts, led by Zeruto and Senior Vice President of Cyberspace Operations Bill Turmel, brings decades of relevant experience. Prior to joining NDi, Mr. Zeruto was a Senior Intelligence Officer within the U.S. Army serving as Director of Operations for U.S. Army Cyber Command, and Commander of NSA-Georgia. Prior to joining NDi, Mr. Turmel was Director of Current Operations for U.S. Army Cyber Command, and a Senior Military Staff Officer in the Office of the Secretary of Defense-DoD CIO.
