Federal Aviation Administration (FAA): NextGen Web Communications Program
When FAA needed help building awareness for its Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) brand, they turned to NDi. Our web communications experts designed and implemented a creative web-based communications program for NextGen. The first visibility into this was the launch of the new NextGen web presence (www.faa.gov/nextgen) and the integrated communications program that promotes it. The channels and vehicles used include FAA.gov homepage “ad space,” FocusFAA stories, and FAA Social media. Our efforts are initially focused on building awareness and answering the biggest question of NextGen website visitors: What is NextGen? As a result, page views increased by 60 percent in the first twelve months and social chatter continues to grow.
