Marty Schweitzer, President and CEO

Marty Schweitzer has over 29 years of senior executive management and leadership experience at every level in the United States Military. Over the last 10 years, Marty focused on bringing technology into the work place to improve human performance. Marty retired as a Brigadier General on 30 September 2014 from the United States Army. His final active duty assignment was Deputy Director for Regional Operations, J3, Joint Staff, the Pentagon, where he managed the day to day global military risk for our Nation. In this capacity he worked closely with all combatant commands, the uniformed Services, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and many interagency organizations to ensure the day to day needs of the warfighter were met.

Schweitzer is the President and Chief Operating Officer, Network Designs, Inc. (NDi). In this capacity he is working to ensure NDi is able to meet its long term strategic goals. Additionally, Marty is responsible for synchronizing NDi efforts to deliver its services on time through efficient executive management and field integration

Marty also serves as a Board of Advisor Member to Ballard Brands LLC & Ballard Hospitality LLC. This global company provides services that cover the entire spectrum of the food industry from franchising opportunities to being a global leader in providing remote site services and complete workforce solutions that cover facility management, lodging, dining, housekeeping, and security in order to improve quality of life and productivity. Additionally, Schweitzer serves as a Board of Advisor Member to the Red Gate Group (RGG). RGG has been delivering high quality, customer centric solutions around the world from the combat environment to the highest levels of government including combatant commands, defense agencies, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and interagency working groups pertaining to intelligence analysis, strategic planning, policy development, operational design, and technology integration services.

Marty is a 1985 graduate from Old Dominion University (BS), VA and a 1995 graduate of Indiana University, IN where he earned a MS in Education, Instructional Systems Technology. He is a 2006 graduate of the National War College where he earned the distinction of Distinguished Honor Graduate while securing a MS in National Security Strategy. He served in operational and command assignments at every level in the military with eight combat and operational tours in Panama, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Africa, and Afghanistan.

Kevin McGreevy, Co-Founder and Executive Vice President for Business Development

Kevin McGreevy has more than 28 years of experience providing engineering and management support to substantive U.S. Government data communication projects involving requirements analysis, design, engineering, configuration, implementation, operations, and maintenance. Mr. McGreevy provides overall management and oversight of NDi's business (pre- and post-sales). He initiates marketing contacts, supports customer/client relations, negotiates contracts, manages procurements, and oversees the delivery of NDi services. Over the course of his career, Mr. McGreevy has demonstrated technical and management leadership with each generation of computer networking technologies of the Internet.

Mr. McGreevy supports a variety of NDi's contracts, including GSA Schedule and eFAST, ETASS, GATA, FAA and Department of State contracts. Most recently, his work at NDi has involved FAA's employee Website (as well as FAA's mobile-optimized employee website),, the Department of Transportation's IdeaHub platform, the Department of Energy's Loan Programs Office Website, the Federal Highway Administration's Web-based tracking and management system, and the Federal Housing Finance Board's public Website redesign and corporate intranet design. In addition, Mr. McGreevy has supported NDi's work at numerous federal agencies, including the Department of the Navy, Food and Drug Administration, US Census Bureau, General Services Administration, and others.

Prior to joining NDi, Mr. McGreevy worked at the General Analytics Corporation (GAC), I-Net, Network Solutions, Inc., Bertman Associates, Inc., and The MITRE Corporation.

Greg Conran, Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer

Greg Conran, CFE, PMP, CISSP, holds more than 23 years of experience in network and systems engineering for public and private sector clients as well as domestic and international experience in IT systems deployment, support contracts, and training services. Recent examples of Mr. Conran's work include worldwide anti-terrorism forensics training; an anti-kidnapping case management system in Colombia; an anti-terrorism case management system in Pakistan; an anti-terrorism case management system in Kenya; worldwide executive collaboration forums on anti-terrorism; overseas biometrics consultations, upgrades, and implementations; and virtual reality consultations, training, and support for operations. Mr. Conran possesses a wide variety of technical certifications including CISSP, PMP, CFE, LPT, ECSA, CEH, CHFI, and MCP.

At NDi, Mr. Conran manages a wide variety of international and domestic IT programs. His experience includes providing international forensic training, computer consulting, and database support activities for the U.S. Department of State Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program; providing network, application and security solutions for worldwide offices of the U.S. Navy; providing program management and IT networking expertise for the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Service Office of the CIO, including design, implementation, and support for worldwide GSA offices; supporting program activities for the U.S. Navy Overseas Housing Office, including database design and rollout, computer networking, and support activities; and managing program activities for the U.S. Department of State Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program providing international forensic training, computer consulting, and database support activities.

Sylvia F. McGreevy, Senior Vice President of Contracts Administration

Sylvia F. McGreevy has more than 39 years of experience managing federal contracts. Ms. McGreevy oversees all contract actions for NDi; she manages the GSA IT 70 schedule Contract, the FAA BITS II contract, the follow-on contract for FAA eFAST contract, and several other subcontracts for DHS and DOE customers. Ms. McGreevy monitors the monthly progress of each task order, and she reviews and prepares the work plans for submission to the FAA Program Office for new task orders and for modifications to existing work plans. Ms. McGreevy also prepares the security updates for the COTR and prepares the close-out documents for the final invoices.
